What is the delivery time for my order?
When you place an order with Zoriva, the delivery time may differ slightly from what you are used to. Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we can save significantly on storage and transport costs. This allows us to offer our products at highly competitive prices.
The average delivery time is 4 to 7 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
What should I do if I have not received my order?
Due to the high demand for our products, your order may occasionally arrive later than expected. We kindly ask for your understanding. If the stated delivery period has passed and you still have not received your order, please send an email to support@zoriva-oxford.com. We will then investigate the status of your parcel.
I want to exchange/return my order. How do I do this?
To arrange a return, simply contact our customer service team at support@zoriva-oxford.com. Please include your name, order number (e.g. #0000, found in your confirmation email), and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with the return address and confirmation. Once confirmed, you may return the product to us using a courier of your choice.
What are the costs of returns?
Unfortunately, return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. The amount depends on the courier you choose. Please check your chosen courier’s website for current rates.
What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?
You always have a return period of 14 days, starting from the day you received the item. However, certain conditions apply:
- The return period has not expired;
- The product is in its original packaging with all labels still attached;
- The product has not been used.
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept payments via Credit Card, PayPal, and Klarna. If you are unsure whether your payment method is accepted, simply follow the steps on the checkout page to see all available options.

What if I have not received an order confirmation email?
This should not happen. Please send us an email with your full name and email address to support@zoriva-oxford.com, and we will help you promptly.
Can I cancel my order?
Would you like to cancel your order for any reason? Please send an email as soon as possible to support@zoriva-oxford.com, including your name, order number (e.g. #0000 from your confirmation email), and the reason you wish to cancel. Our team will assist you with the cancellation process.
