Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product to us. You will then be refunded the full order amount, including the original delivery costs.

Only the costs of returning the item from your home to our store are at your own expense. These costs are approximately £ 6.25 per parcel (based on the current exchange rate of ~£0.8632 per €1); please check your carrier’s website for the exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.

To exercise this right, you can contact us at support@Zoriva-Oxford.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, provided that the returned product has been received in good order.
